To create a private voice model, we process the audio and video recordings you choose to upload, along with any text prompts you provide. We also collect the basic account details needed to run the service — such as your email address — and standard technical data like device and usage information.

We only ask for what is necessary. You are never required to upload more than you are comfortable sharing.

A voice is only recreated with verified consent from the person's family or estate. Before a model is built, we ask you to confirm that you have the right to use the recordings you provide.

Recreate is intended for remembrance. It will never be used to imitate a living person without their explicit, informed consent.

Your recordings are used solely to build and improve the private voice model created for you. They are not used to train shared or general-purpose models, and they are never used for anyone else's account.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising. Ever.

Recordings and voice models are encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is tightly restricted to the systems and staff strictly necessary to operate the service.

We keep your data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, unless a longer period is required by law.

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your recordings and voice model at any time. Deleting your account removes your voice model and associated recordings from our active systems.
